About the Team
Our TikTok Lead Ads team has a strong advertiser focus and a dedication to technical excellence. We are on the critical path to delivering TikTok's Lead Ads revenue and working on building the efficient and effective monetization solutions for related industry verticals.
Responsibilities
- Support non-China monetization advertising business, improve the monetization efficiency of the advertising system;
- Responsible for advertising optimization, improving advertising effect, output industry-related delivery strategies, algorithms, mechanisms, etc.
- Improve advertiser's traffic acquisition ability, promote the growth of industry core data, build a healthy ecology of the industry, and improve advertising and Advertiser service capabilities;
- In-depth understanding of Advertiser pain points, work with Product teams to analyze, define and solve the problem;
- Responsible for driving cross functional projects with strong understanding of project management and effective communication.
- In-depth and solid research in the field of Computational Advertising, with rich experience in advertising systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above in computer science or related majors, with more than 8 years of practical experience in advertising systems, experts with technical influence in the industry are preferred;
- Familiar with Machine Learning, data mining, deep theoretical research and practical experience, can be landed in the business; priority: published KDD , AAAI , CIKM, WWW, RecSys, NeurlPS, ACL , EMNLP and other top conference papers, familiar with TensorFlow / PyTorch /Caffe/MXNet framework and principle;
- Have a strong understanding of advertising systems and strategies, and have research and development experience in large-scale advertising systems, not limited to the following ( CTR / CVR prediction, portrait orientation, creative selection, bidding mechanism, etc.);
- Able to work as a team, strong communication skills, strong initiative and self-starter;
- sensitive to data and business, passionate about solving challenging problems, able to drive projects, and strong innovation sense.
