The Business Analyst job is responsible for providing business analytics services to both internal and external agencies. Working under moderate supervision, this job contributes to developing key insights from relevant data sets to provide market insights and recommendations to management.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Drafts analytical reports based on findings through analysis and modeling efforts.

  • Contributes to recommendations for appropriate performance measures to be produced including lifts, efficiencies, confidence intervals, and other statistical metrics.

  • Provides business clients with detailed, actionable reports documenting the findings, data processing, and data analysis.

  • Contributes to analysis of external market dynamics and other data sources to assess trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations to management, via understanding of the business model and the information available for analysis.

  • Uses data, statistical and quantitative analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, and fact-based management to drive decision-making.

  • Works to develop actionable insights and recommendations for management through understanding of the business model and information available from research.

    Potential Salary: $82,200.00 USD

    Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
