Join our team! As a Sr. Key Account Manager, you will prospect for new sales opportunities, develop a pipeline, & close opportunity.

About the Role

In this opportunity as a Sr. Key Account Manager, you will:

  • Identifies the best channel for engagement with customers, defaulting to virtual for the majority of deals where value is insufficient to warrant travel.
  • Prospect new customers and close sales for an assigned geography.
  • Validates customer needs, shapes product plans, and drives deals to close
  • Supports in developing and executing territory growth strategies.
  • Focuses on new logo acquisition and mid-contract upsell/cross-sell opportunities and renewals.
  • Possesses core knowledge across products within the subsegment and engages Sales Specialists where deep product expertise is required to drive to close.
  • Understands specific customer archetypes and needs most prevalent within the subsegment and territory.
  • Uses an automated and insight-driven Salesforce workflow to progress deals.
  • KPIs include-Nurturing opportunities and moving more complex sales to close: New logo sales. Existing 'non-named' account incremental sales

About You

You're a fit for the role if your background includes:

  • +5 years of experience as a HUNTER, making consultative sales of SaaS Technology solutions in the corporate/enterprise segment.
  • Consistent performance about the delivery of sales targets. (Achiever/Overachiever)
  • Negotiation and communication skills needed to be able to influence Decision Makers (Directors/VPs/CEO's)
  • English Proficiency is a Must.
  • University Degree/ Desirable MBA
