The Partnerships & Alliances team within Thomson Reuters Asia & Emerging Market is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as Partnerships & Alliances Program Manager. In this role you will work closely with senior leaders across all aspects of partner strategy including:

About the Role:

  • Effective roll out, implementation and governance of TR Partner Program (Consulting & Technology) in AEM
  • Working closely with internal cross functional teams: partner marketing, product marketing, PS, CRM, GCO, sales ops, Central P&A ops & program team for proper implementation of this partner program in AEM.
  • Supporting partner managers responsible for managing their key partnerships as member of partnership project team and work closely in the execution of key partnership activities such as preparation of Joint Business Plan, Attending QBR, Planning & Implementation of partner incentives, etc.
  • Responsible for creation and maintenance of AEM P&A Company intranet/extranet page and other relevant assets such as newsletter (internal + external), wins report, lost review, partner success stories, communications to relevant internal stakeholders
  • Creating and updating partner records in GSI
  • Provisioning demo licenses for partners
  • Management of MDF
  • Overseeing partner deal registration review
  • Marketing collaterals and campaign
  • Manage trainings
  • Partner research materials
  • RACI model alignment for new partner recruitment and on-boarding in target market and segment

This position requires strong interpersonal skills along with excellent communication abilities both written and verbal. Additionally, it would be beneficial if you had experience working in a large organization where there are multiple stakeholders involved in decision making processes. About You:

  • Minimum 8+years of experience required, preferrable in a partner management role
  • Should have worked for large corporations in similar capacity
  • Bachelor's degree required / Master's degree preferred
  • Experience leading cross functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Superior customer service orientation
  • Outstanding negotiation skills
  • Highly effective communicator at all levels of the organization
