We're looking for an experienced GCP (Google Cloud Platform) Partnerships & Alliances Director to join our team in the EMEA region.
As the GCP Partnerships & Alliance Director, you will be responsible for building and maintaining EPAM's Google Cloud relationship across the EMEA region. You will be expected to develop and execute a partner strategy that results in a significant new qualified pipeline and increased credibility, ultimately influencing target revenue growth across regions. The ideal candidate for this role will have the ability to work independently and will work across multiple countries, aligning closely with marketing, sales, account management and delivery teams across EMEA.

Responsibilities
- Establish, maintain and grow alliance relationship with Google Cloud across our key regions at multiple levels including senior stakeholders
- Track and meet GCP Partner program requirements to achieve target partner status level and joint partner alignment
- Develop and support overall GTM strategy for Google Cloud to fit within our Multi-Cloud strategy
- Work cross-functionally with Leadership, sales/cloud sales/AM team, GCP technical competency and business team, multi-cloud organization, delivery and partner marketing teams to establish strategic marketing and growth plans
- Align with EPAM solution experts to develop offerings and influence growth at select EPAM accounts
- Set expectations and achieve KPI on initiated and influenced partner revenue
- Work collaboratively with sales and marketing to represent EPAM at various events to track and share customer success stories
- Collaborate closely with EPAM's Global Google Cloud practice to work in alignment and deliver global programs
- Understand and manage partner's deal registration and credit processes
- Present yearly, quarterly plans and results to EPAM senior leadership teams
- 7+ years Sales and/or Alliances experience in cloud
- Experience and solid understanding of GCP and the competitive market
- 10+ years overall in enterprise technology and channel space
- Experience in Solution Integration (SI) sales environment and partner ecosystem
- Exceptional communication, writing and organizational skills
- Experience managing relationships, business development, pipeline and processes
- Works well independently and has a competency in completing duties in a timely and effective manner
