We are looking for a Technical Product Manager with strong Program Management experience and expertise to enable greater coordination of integrated, cross-team and cross-domain initiatives for our Arc Cloud Platform which includes Auth, Cloud Automation, Delivery, and Frameworks which powers more than 1,500 sites worldwide. Leveraging a serverless architecture, our framework provides a platform for client developers to build engaging and performant experiences for a variety of news, radio, and broadcast companies worldwide. As our Arc Cloud Platform Technical Product Manager, you will work closely with our Content Creation, Content Platform, Developer Experience and other Arc product teams to enable innovative experiences and ensure a cutting-edge experience for Arc customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, with at least 3 years in a technical product management role
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency in agile and lean software project methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading authentication and authorization experiences from a technical product perspective.
  • Experience leading Platform as a Service (PaaS) product development empowering engineers to accelerate development to deliver world-class customer experiences.
  • Experience leading Business-to-Consumer (B2C), Business-to-Business (B2B), and preferably Business-to-Business-to-Consumer (B2B2C) programs
  • Strong ability to engage and motivate product engineers to deliver world-class SaaS and PaaS products, encouraging the entire team to take part in solutioning
Key Responsibilities Program and Product Management
  • End-to-End Oversight: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple programs and projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Milestone Tracking: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, to ensure successful program execution.
  • Product Vision: Define and communicate product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Product Development
  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with leadership and product engineering teams to gather and define product requirements, ensuring they align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Roadmap Development: Assist in the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on strategic goals and market demands.
  • Technical Feasibility: Evaluate technical feasibility and provide guidance to ensure that product development aligns with technical capabilities and constraints.
  • Feature Prioritization: Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful program outcomes.
  • Communication: Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on program status, risks, and issues, and ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Feedback Integration: Actively seek and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve program processes and deliverables.
Risk Management
  • Risk Identification: Identify potential risks and issues that could impact program success, and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
  • Contingency Planning: Create and maintain contingency plans to ensure program continuity in the face of unforeseen challenges.
  • Issue Resolution: Lead efforts to resolve program-related issues, coordinating with relevant teams to implement effective solutions.
Performance Monitoring
  • Metrics and KPIs: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use data-driven insights to monitor program performance, making adjustments as needed to ensure goals are met.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular program performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
Technical Expertise
  • Guidance and Support: Leverage your technical background to provide guidance and support to development teams, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with product vision.
  • Innovation: Encourage innovative solutions and approaches to technical challenges, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Best Practices: Promote the adoption of best practices in software development, cloud technologies, and product management.
Customer Focus:
  • Customer Advocacy: Advocate for the customer, ensuring their needs and feedback are incorporated into program planning and execution.
  • User Experience: Collaborate with UX/UI/DX teams to ensure that products deliver a seamless and engaging user experience.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and ensure customer satisfaction.

Benefits may vary based on the job, full-time or part-time schedule, location, and collectively bargained status.

The salary range for this position is:
131,500.00 - 219,100.00 USD Annual

The actual salary within this range will depend on individual skills, experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements. This position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive program, and a member of the Talent Acquisition team will discuss bonus payment terms and conditions during the interview process.
