Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Assemble and manage high-performing project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and ensuring effective collaboration.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external vendors, effectively communicating project progress and addressing concerns.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle, developing contingency plans as needed.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure projects meet defined standards and deliver optimal outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of innovation and efficiency by identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Technical Project Manager
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex cross-functional technical projects
- Experience with one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java).
- Knowledge of methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).
- Familiarity with databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Confluence etc.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lead and motivate project teams

The salary range for this position is:
98,800.00 - 164,600.00 USD Annual
The actual salary within this range will depend on individual skills, experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements. This position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive program, and a member of the Talent Acquisition team will discuss bonus payment terms and conditions during the interview process.
