Job Description

The Senior Software Developer writes code that meets Solution Design specifications for large and complex programs to eliminate manual user intervention and provide streamlined and efficient processes.

As an Automation Developer, you will be responsible for adhering to process design documents and working closely with the Solutions Architect to design efficient, streamlined processes using Generative Ai and RPA frameworks. Following a Dev/Ops model, you will provide platform administration, code development, and post-deployment support. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and create robust solutions that meet business needs.

  • Write code to meet solution design documents while adhering to the Center of Automation Governance and established development best practices.
  • Develop and maintain code, bots, and processes
  • Participate in process solution design sessions and provide demonstrations at the end of each sprint.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Bot creation tools, Co-pilot or generative Ai implementation
  • Interact with internal and external peers and managers to exchange complex information related to areas of specialization.
  • Receive work in the form of short- and mid-term assignments, applying independent judgment. While executing deliverables in an Agile project framework.
  • Mentor less experienced team members and provide guidance, coaching, and training.
Requirements:
  • Advanced programming knowledge with an emphasis on continuous process improvement and process automation.
  • Previous experience developing in the Automation Anywhere framework is extremely helpful.
  • Previous experience developing AI automation using LLM models is helpful.
  • Typically requires a University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressively complex related experience.
  • Ability to develop solutions and communicate effectively with internal and external business owners, managers, team members, and vendors
  • Previous experience RPA platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism, or Pega) is a plus.

Benefits may vary based on the job, full-time or part-time schedule, location, and collectively bargained status.

The salary range for this position is:
119,700.00 - 199,300.00 USD Annual

The actual salary within this range will depend on individual skills, experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements. This position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive program, and a member of the Talent Acquisition team will discuss bonus payment terms and conditions during the interview process.
