As a Senior Product Manager, AI & Aggregation, you will drive the strategy, development, and execution of initiatives that leverage AI and aggregation to enhance our journalism and user experience. You will work closely with editorial, engineering, data science, and business teams to explore new ways to surface, curate, and personalize content while ensuring ethical and responsible AI implementation.

Responsibilities
- Define and drive the strategy for AI-driven aggregation and content discovery across publishers, independent creators, experts, and influencers.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and editorial teams to develop and launch AI-powered features that enhance reader engagement.
- Ensure ethical AI implementation by working closely with legal, editorial, and design teams.
- Develop a product roadmap that balances short-term impact with long-term innovation.
- Leverage data insights to iterate on AI-driven content recommendations and aggregation strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, aggregation, and media consumption, particularly in how content from diverse sources-including publishers, creators, experts, and influencers-can be surfaced responsibly and effectively.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in media or consumer technology, AI-driven products, or content platforms.
- Strong understanding of AI applications, aggregation models, and their implications for journalism and audience engagement.
- Experience working with machine learning teams and data scientists to develop AI-powered products.
- A track record of successfully launching and iterating on digital products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across editorial, technology, and business teams.
- Passion for journalism, media innovation, and building products that serve a diverse audience.

The salary range for this position is:
119,700.00 - 199,300.00 USD Annual
The actual salary within this range will depend on individual skills, experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements. This position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive program, and a member of the Talent Acquisition team will discuss bonus payment terms and conditions during the interview process.
