Job Description
The Senior Software Developer writes code that meets Solution Design specifications for large and complex programs to integrate interfaces to the organization's Enterprise systems and provide process engineering to improve and automate processes. As a Workday integration and automation Developer, you will be responsible for adhering to process design documents and working closely with the Solutions Architect to design efficient, streamlined interfaces between multiple systems, develop process improvements and automations, and provide Development and Operational Support primarily for Enterprise systems. You will provide hands-on development and support for back-end interfaces, and post-deployment support.

Responsibilities:
- Write and maintain code to meet solution design documents to provide secure, solid, reliable, resilient interfaces, processes and automations.
- Participate in requirements collection sessions, process solution design sessions and technical evaluation sessions.
- Interact with Stakeholders and end-users to collect requirements, analyze workflows, develop requirement documents, develop end-user training guides and provide solution demos and training.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Development tools and languages: (Workday Reporting, Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, XSLT, XML, Json). Additional skills helpful; but not required: Javascript, Nodejs and React).
- Interact with internal and external peers and managers to exchange complex information related to areas of specialization.
- Receive work in the form of short- and mid-term assignments, applying independent judgment. While executing deliverables in an Agile project framework.
- Mentor less experienced team members and provide guidance, coaching, and training.
- Provide operational support during non-standard work hours as required to meet business needs.
Qualifications:
- Advanced programming knowledge with an emphasis on system integrations continuous process improvement and process automation.
- Previous experience developing in Workday Studio, Workday Reporting, Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, XSLT, XML, Json
- Previous experience developing in Workday HCM, benefits, payroll, absence modules
Typically requires a University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field..
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressively complex related experience.
- Ability to develop solutions and communicate effectively with internal and external business owners, managers, team members, and vendors.
- Experience in JavaScript, Nodejs, React or robotic process automation helpful but not required.
- Workday Studio certification helpful but not required

The salary range for this position is:
119,700.00 - 199,300.00 USD Annual
The actual salary within this range will depend on individual skills, experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements. This position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive program, and a member of the Talent Acquisition team will discuss bonus payment terms and conditions during the interview process.
