Job Summary
The Washington Post is seeking a Campaign Manager to own day-to-day ad operations and manage a broad range of tasks aligned to campaign strategy to meet client outcomes. A successful Campaign Manager will work hand in hand with the Account Management and Planning teams to coordinate, implement and oversee the execution of print and digital advertising campaigns.

- Accountable for executing advertising campaigns for advertisers according to contract
- Manages the fulfillment of advertising campaigns to ensure timely and accurate implementation by:
- Partnering with finance team for all new accounts, credit terms and payment
- Executing order entry for print display campaigns
- Ensuring the initial gathering of deliverables, builds and execution of campaigns on technology platforms
- Set-up digital advertising campaigns in relevant platform by:
- Trafficking ads via ad servers (GAM, Apple News, AdSwizz, etc.)
- Implementing digital third-party tracking, such as DFA, on behalf of agency partners
- Troubleshooting all creative specs and tagging issues with the clients & agencies
- Partnering with AdOps on all non-standard and custom ad builds and executions
- Send confirmation of activation (screenshots and digital tearsheets)
- Monitor and deliver weekly client reporting
- Execute orders for Promo Pool, Placeholder, and Page Furniture
- Complete billing reconciliation documents on a monthly basis.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant digital account management or AdOps experience
- Advanced skill level of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills
- Exceptional client service skills
- Ability to work independently across teams
- Experience with systems, platforms, and vendors such as: JIRA, Operative, Google Ad Manager, DFA, DV, IAS (desired)

The salary range for this position is:
64,300.00 - 96,500.00 USD Annual
The actual salary within this range will depend on individual skills, experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements. This position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive program, and a member of the Talent Acquisition team will discuss bonus payment terms and conditions during the interview process.
