What you'll do
The Corporate Solution Delivery organization leads the evolving software and systems at TJX for Finance, Human Resources, Collaboration, and Analytics. We chase the big, strategic initiatives enabling TJX to make faster, smarter decisions every day. As a Senior Project Analyst within the Merchandise Operations Management (MOM) team, you will have the opportunity to work within a large Agile SAFe organization focused on delivering consistent value to our business customers. In this role you will work with team leaders to bring on new associates and contractors and make sure that they are set up with the tools needed to be successful. You will partner with Scrum Masters to evaluate the accomplished work and how it impacts the overall financial impact of the MOM team. This role is an accelerant into the Scrum Master agile career path and we will welcome a self-starter that is willing to learn and grow with the team.

- Delivers and supports IT Financial Planning functions under limited guidance
- Portfolio Planning
- Epic/Capacity Labor Forecast
- Monitoring of forecasts vs actuals
- Contract Oversight
- Identify and research problems related to Team financials.
- Leads and delivers various Agile activities and events.
- Resolves Escalations
- Compile data & present portfolio readouts.
- Provide general support to team.
- Has growth mindset.
- Adheres to Regulatory compliance and all TJX Company standards as applicable.
- Additional work as assigned.
- Influences service providers
- Experience with macros is a plus
- Power Pivot, Power BI and other Microsoft Office tools
- Agile 4 or 5 Agilist qualification is helpful

This position has a starting salary range of $89500 to $116301 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive.
