Description and Requirements
The Sr Analyst, Enterprise Analytics works with business partners to understand business problems and provide suggestions for data-driven solutions. Must be self-directed and able to adhere to high personal standards of work. The Sr Analyst, EA understands the complex business and can identify opportunities to increase efficiency across the organization. Sr Analysts are required to pull data together from multiple sources, summarize and share data in a format that is consumable and actionable by business partners. This position requires strong analytical skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Learn and interact with both legacy data systems and newly curated datasets hosted on Amazon Web Services
- Leverage leading analytical tools to generate insights that facilitate key decisions by department leadership
- Works with multiple teams to support data collection, integration, and retention requirements based on business needs and future execution
- Effectively blend and clean the data to get to the right insight based on the requirements
- Create an accurate report or insightful and user-friendly dashboard that meets the stakeholders' needs and leads to business insight
- Set delivery expectations accurately and relentlessly communicate the status of high priority items
- Organized and clear verbal/written communications
- Ability to meet project deadlines with minimal supervision

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent
- One year of experience using analytics tools like SQL, R or Python
- Prior work or academic experience visualizing data in reports or dashboards
- Familiarity with cloud technologies
- Continuous learning mindset
- Balances working independently with an understanding of when to escalate with questions/issues
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Tableau or other similar tools/platforms
- Familiarity with healthcare data
- Experience working within a healthcare industry
- Master's Degree in Public Health or Statistics
- Time and project management, critical/creative thinking, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to create and lead presentations and communicate to both technical and non technical audience
- Willingness to learn new systems and technical language
Hiring Range:
- Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $106,300 - $153,595
- All Other Locations (within approved locations): $97,000 - $144,330
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
