Senior Financial Analyst | Workplace Services Finance
The Opportunity: Contribute To The Growth Of Your Career.
As part of our team at Workplace Services, you will support financial aspects related to Workplace Services function including real estate operations, transactions, and investments. This position requires a deep understanding of financial analysis, risk management and some knowledge of real estate markets. You will collaborate with various team members to ensure sound financial decision-making and optimize the Workplace Services organization's service delivery and real estate portfolio.

Your Impact:
- Review, update, reconcile, and manage the purchase order and invoice process
- Identify opportunities of improvement
- Compile, analyze, and submit monthly forecast and accrual reports
- Independently analyze and report financial and operational performance against plan
- Provide thorough variance analysis
- Prepare and provide monthly reporting and analysis to senior management
- Maintain up-to-date expense control tracking
- Manage and support development of monthly and quarterly dashboards to provide insights to peers and senior management
- Support ad hoc report requests
Who We Are Looking For: You.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting; MBA is a plus
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with databases is a plus
- Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI
- Must be proactive, high energy, results-oriented, and willing to motivate change
- Ability to work within tight deadlines, prioritize tasks and time manage across multiple projects
- Demonstrate ability to positively influence results, deliver above expectations, and collaborate cross functionally

This position has a starting salary range of $80,500 to $102,700 per year.
Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
This position is eligible for an annual incentive.
