Senior Store Operations Field Specialist

The Senior Store Operations Field Specialist provides operational support and direction to assigned Regions and the Home Office regarding the Customer Experience (CX), Associate Experience (AX) and Program Management (PMO) centers of excellence. They interact with all levels of the organization to ensure timely resolution of issues while also initiating and leading store operations projects. They identify and implement standard methodology and process improvement opportunities while also partnering with Field Management and the HomeGoods and Homesense stores to ensure corporate programs.

Who We Are Looking For: You.

  • Provides support to both field and home office associates to capture, analyze and share information regarding store feedback and customer surveys.
  • Initiates and drives plans for timely resolution of customer and associate related issues.
  • Implements and manages day to day store operational initiatives, such as the Home Delivery Program. Ensures program execution and compliance. Resolves issues and escalates as needed. Participates in vendor evaluation and selection.
  • Implements TJX and HomeGoods | Homesense charity campaigns in partnership with field teams, Marketing, and leadership.
  • Develops clear communication via PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and other tools to educate home office and field teams on successes and opportunities.
  • Influences and manages the successful outcome of self and department-initiated programs designed to improve or expedite processes.
  • Manages various projects related to development of standard processes and expense management.
  • Prepares analysis and reporting needed to manage expense control and other store operations initiatives. Identifies trends and opportunities and partners with the field to ensure compliance.
  • Prepares analysis and reporting to identify budget variances and takes appropriate steps to ensure compliance.
  • Decisions on how to best improve customer experience in store given customer and field feedback.
  • Changes and additions to company policies and procedures as they relate to the stores best practice and process improvement opportunities for the stores.
  • Changes and additions to store supplies, equipment, and repairs, including vendor evaluation and selection
  • Suggestions to vendors for decision making and critical support issues

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Management preferred or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years in store operations position or equivalent store experience
  • Knowledge of customer experience, project management
  • Knowledge of store operations and processes
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to influence all levels of the organization
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint
  • Ability to prioritize and meet due dates
  • Due to nature of support for retail stores, there may be an occasion where associate may be asked to work non-standard hours

This position is hybrid requiring 2 days per week in the Framingham, MA home office and is not open to remote.

This position has a starting salary range of $63,000.00 to $78,800.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
