The Opportunity: Contribute To The Growth Of Your Career.
- Focuses on ensuring the integrity of sales related accounts including but not limited to, sales, credit, and other forms of payment receivables and expenses, chargeback expense, merchandise credit, rewards certificate, and stored value card liabilities.
- Prepares and distributes several key financial management reports, highlighting key aspects for reference. Analyzes and prepares Executive Summary.
- Utilizes advanced systems skills to access, download and manipulate data, and build effective spreadsheets. Communicates and resolves systems issues with the Systems divisions as related to the financial data.
- Performs monthly close functions and reconciliations for all sales related accounts for our Brick-and-Mortar chains.
- Analyzes and forecasts usage, rate, and industry change components to provide guidance on trends for rolling and original plans.
- Partners with Financial Accounting and BP&A and other areas of the business to form effective relationships.
- Prepares complex reconciliations, journal entries, and reports.
- Partners with the Systems division to develop, test, and implement new business plans and system improvements.
- Provides accurate and timely ad-hoc analysis for internal requests, as well as all levels of business.

Who We Are Looking For: You.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Management, or equivalent experience required.
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills; experience reporting on large amounts of data.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to simplify complex projects and present key details / conclusions.
- Strong analytical capabilities coupled with the ability to identify issues.
- Able to concisely and effectively deliver results to management.
- High level of curiosity to explore, learn, and understand business information.
- Strong sense of urgency around delivery of reports and project deadlines.
- Self-starter with ability to prioritize individual workload.
- Strong technical skills: proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required (i.e. pivot tables, lookup/reference formulas).

This position has a starting salary range of $55,200 to $69,000 per year.
Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
