The Opportunity: Contribute To The Growth Of Your Career.

  • Work with Manager(s) and Business Partner(s) of Human Resources to support regional executives and field leaders who oversee regions, districts, and stores.
  • Provides advanced administrative support requiring a broad and comprehensive knowledge of company policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Independently ensures office systems and divisional procedures, policies and practices are administered effectively.
  • Interfaces with a variety of internal and external customers on a variety of issues which require tact and diplomacy. May provide functional guidance and training to other associates within the region(s).
  • Administer business reporting and HR compliance within region(s).
  • Maintain daily activities of regional office.
  • Analyzes operating practices and creates/revises systems and procedures, as necessary. Organizes and maintains office filing system, record keeping systems, office layout and budgetary and personnel requirements.
  • Compiles, summarizes, and analyzes data. Plans and creates various routine and complex reports.
  • Oversees and monitors administrative projects.
  • Performs other duties as required or directed.

Who We Are Looking For: You.

  • 2 to 4 years of related experience. Associate degree in business administration or human resources a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Extensive knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Ability to operate general office equipment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to type 60 words a minute.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.

The pay range with this position is $18.10- $24.90.

Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications and experience.
