Job Description:

We know that thriving in off-price retail takes a unique skill set! That's why we're looking for a Logistics Manager - International Operations to lead the International Logistics Operations team. You'll facilitate the movement of merchandise from vendors worldwide into the TJX AU Processing Centre in a timely and cost-effective manner, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements.

In this role, you'll develop strong working relationships with other functions within TJX AU and our nominated third-party service providers to promote efficiencies and lead a consistent world-class service. You'll collaborate with internal teams and transport providers to keep operations running seamlessly, maintain visibility, and drive efficiency-all while keeping costs in check.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the International Logistics Operations team to ensure efficient movement of goods from overseas vendors to the Processing Centre
  • Partner with 3PLs to follow SOPs, meet KPIs, and manage costs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with buying and planning teams.
  • Drive continuous improvements for cost efficiency and enhanced service.
  • Achieve results and maintain effective relationships with internal customers and external service providers.

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Operational roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
  • Broad Knowledge of cross-functional activities and their relation to Logistic Operations
  • Strong capability to build and nurture relationships across business areas and levels.
  • Analytical skills to review processes, identify improvements, and make informed decisions based on data and needs.
