The Opportunity: Contribute To the Growth of Your Career.

The Executive Development Manager leads all aspects of the global execution of Succession Planning for TJX. This impactful role is a critical part of the team responsible for presenting an accurate, calibrated, objective view of the talent pipeline to CEO and Board of Directors to inform future strategy. This includes program management of the annual Talent Review process and all related activities.

  • Own the development and creation of the annual Talent/Succession Planning presentation used by the CHRO, Senior Executives and Board of Directors
  • Capture, integrate, and analyze global talent data, identifying relevant trends and themes to inform talent strategies that impact overall succession.
  • Direct the annual global Talent Review process, ensuring a calibrated view of the talent pipeline across the entire organization.
  • Consult and influence partners across the organization to identify benchmarks and gaps and continue to evolve the talent metrics practice.
  • Provide consultation and partnership in building executive role profiles and career pathing documents.
  • With Global Talent Management and divisional talent partners, actively lead all aspects of and participate in HR Development for Global Talent Management best practices.
  • Perform special projects as assigned.

Who We Are Looking For: You.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work in Talent Management practices.
  • 3-5 years in a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) with demonstrated executive presence.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical skills with the ability to take complex information and create clear and concise detailed reporting, strong storytelling skills.
  • Well-developed project/program management experience.
  • Demonstrated flexibility, and an ability to work collaboratively in a state of ambiguity.
  • Able to work effectively and influence at all levels of an organization including Executive leaders.
  • Skill in SharePoint, PowerPoint, MS Office Suite.

This position has a starting salary range of $90,200 to $115,200 per year.

Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives
