JOB SUMMARY
Provides advanced administrative support to VP, primarily, and the DVPs where appropriate, requiring a broad and comprehensive knowledge of Company policies, procedures and practices. Independently ensures office systems and divisional procedures, policies and practices are administered effectively. Interfaces with a variety of internal and external customers on a range of issues which require tact and diplomacy.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responds to questions and requests and researches information. Interfaces with a variety of individuals on issues which are of a confidential nature. Involves appropriate associates from other departments/divisions to resolve eventual issues.
Provides diversified, secretarial and administrative support. Composes correspondence and memorandums. Schedules and maintains office filing system, record keeping systems, office layout and personnel requirements.
Provides confidential administrative support to the VP and DVPs, ensuring discretion in managing sensitive information. Plays a pivotal role in coordinating schedules, setting priorities, and acting as a trusted liaison in their absence, maintaining seamless communication and confidentiality at all times.
Communicates accurately and effectively with Administrative Assistants within all the TJX Divisions.
Handles the confidential compilation, analysis, and summarization of data, ensuring the secure and differentiated management of sensitive information tailored to the specific needs of VP and DVP roles. Proactively plans and generates customized reports in accordance with EBO Leadership's requests, maintaining discretion, accuracy, and role-specific relevance at all times
Plans and books travel for EBO Management and Group Events
Manages and submits expenses for EBO Management
Oversees and monitors special projects.
Supports VP in organizing meetings & conferences. Acts as key point in case of visits to the office related to VP's activities.
Works closely with Office Manager/MA Lead

Minimum formal education
- High School Degree

- Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
- PC experience with software packages, organizational skills.
