WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a solution-oriented, driven Executive Assistant (EA) you'll work with minimal direction to support some of our most senior Partners & MDPs in a float capacity.

You will proactively assume responsibility for your stakeholders' agendas, prioritizing effectively to ensure that the consultants we support have what they need to seamlessly serve the needs of our clients.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

Provide high-level executive support to allocated Managing Director & Partners (MDP), Partners and other senior executives in a fast-paced and changing client service environment; you'll display strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when under pressure
Coordinate point-to-point travel; you're proactive, looking ahead at what needs to be done on all dimensions

Anticipate the needs of your executives, through proactive planning in aid of supporting their commercial agenda. You'll manage several busy calendars, focusing on commerciality and time optimisation across multiple time zones
Action corporate AMEX reconciliations, expenses and invoices
Make judgment calls - you're highly professional and diplomatic, and display strong commercial acumen. You know when to ask for help and your advice is sound and practical
Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders; you're extremely people focused and can flex and adapt to accommodate individual preferences
Act as a thought partner and trusted advisor to Partners and others at BCG, guiding them toward making the right decisions about their use of time and looping in all relevant parties as needed
Act as an integral member of BCG's EA & Operations Cohort, sharing ideas and knowledge to identify and drive process improvements and efficiencies
Team effectively with the Operations Cohort and broader organization to assist with a variety of local, national and regional events & offsites

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

Prior experience as an Executive Assistant supporting busy senior executives; experience working in a professional services environment is preferred but not essential
Strong communication & interpersonal skills; you're responsive, intuitive and demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence
Excellent time and project management skills; you have clear systems and composure to deal with multiple tasks at once
Strong organisational skills to assist with all the behind-the-scenes magic while providing creative solutions, driving our high-level customer service, and positively impacting client work
A strong intellectual curiosity; you're a creative thinker, interested in the bigger picture
* Adaptability and flexibility; you thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment bringing open-mindedness and positivity to challenges

YOU'LL WORK WITH
Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
