The Web Store Operations Specialist for Optimization is responsible for driving on-site optimization initiatives for TJX eCommerce Sites to drive and grow sales. This role involves site performance analysis, testing, and implementing on-site search and recommendation strategies to achieve conversion targets and support growth opportunities. The Specialist will collaborate consistently with cross-functional partners in Finance, Digital Experience, Analytics, Marketing, and Operations.

Responsibilities:
- Execute eCommerce site optimization by analyzing business performance, optimizing site features, and conducting on-site tests to meet conversion goals.
- Analyze business performance and customer reporting to identify trends and develop strategies that drive conversion through customer behavior analytics.
- Implement on-site search and product recommendation strategies, continuously evaluating and evolving to drive profitable sales and enhance the shopping experience.
- Document and track competitive and industry trends through site deep dives, sharing findings and making recommendations.
- Implement A/B testing roadmap, driving traffic through the shopping funnel and increasing conversion rates.
- Own individual development, mentor peers, and influence engagement.
- Collaborate across teams to solve problems with minimal disruption to the business or customer experience.
Who We Are Looking For: You.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 1-2 years' experience in eCommerce, Finance, or analytically focused digital environments that use data to drive decisions.
- Deep understanding of eCommerce and business KPIs.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics and multivariate testing.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with others.

This position has a starting salary range of $60,500 to $75,600 per year.
Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
