What you'll do
It's safe to say, there's no shortage of variety in what we do. Here are some key accountabilities of the role:
- This position is accountable for supporting execution of Store Operations technology initiatives and rollouts including user testing, documenting processes and procedures, and providing technical support to business
- Responsible for completing user testing on new systems applications and reviews applications to evaluate effectiveness and readiness before roll-out to the stores
- Partners with Store training team to organize facilitation of technology project training sessions for Field Operations teams
- Gathers feedback on pilot project rollouts and revises/updates technology training processes and procedural documentation to ensure successful project implementation
- Identifies patterns/frequency of issues that negatively impact the business/users and escalates accordingly to identify root cause (RCA)
What you'll need
To begin your career with us, we require the following:
- Minimum two (2) years retail operations or systems project management experience required
- Good project management skills including maintaining detailed development plans for projects; understanding and applying principles of project control; ability to manage projects within one or more systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to read, write, communicate and interpret information accurately; able to develop and build relationships with internal and external partners / team members; including efficiently and effectively responding to inquires or resolving any conflicts or problems that might arise
- A valid Driver's license required
Salary Range: $58,910 - $82,472 /year
This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
