How will you make an impact?

We currently have an opportunity for a Teknisk Skribent / Manual Expert within the Product Information team. The team creates and updates product information in the form of User manuals, Directions for use and Labels/Box prints.

You will join a group of three people and you will work in the XML-based system Skribenta CCMS in close contact with colleagues from other departments.

What will you do?

  • Create, revise and publish hardware and software user manuals for Phadia instruments.
  • Coordinate translations and validation of translations with the translation agency.
  • Represent the team in product development and product care projects, acquiring information required to create the documentation.
  • Collaborate with other departments and drive activities within area of responsibility.
  • Contribute to the teams' optimization of processes and workflows.
  • Plan, follow up and report progress of activities.

What will you need?

  • Several years of experience of writing technical user documentation using simplified English.
  • Genuine technical interest, capable of picking up new applications and systems.
  • Experience working in a CMS and single-sourcing of content
  • Knowledge and ability to work with markup languages (HTML, XML)
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English (both written and oral)
  • Has a university degree in the field of life science field (or other relevant studies/degree).
  • Experience in leading activities in a project setting.
  • Is a good collaborator with clear interpersonal skills.
