As a Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our manufacturing processes meet the highest quality standards. You'll be part of a dynamic team that strictly adheres to regulatory requirements and strives for continuous improvement. Reporting to the QA Manager, your efforts will contribute to our ambitious goals of excellence and customer happiness.
More about the role
Lead a quality assurance team in our manufacturing operations, collaborating with process managers and other departments to achieve objectives. Documented experience in a supervisory role is an advantage.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Leading, staffing, and distributing work within the team's area of operation.
- Establishing goals and activities at the individual level.
- Ensuring capacity, quality, and competence through training and standardized work.
- Driving business development initiatives.
- Supervising the group's important metrics/performance indicators.
- Participating in various activities and projects.
- Preparing for and participating in internal and external audits.
