You will also be responsible for automating test cases to build test suits for regression, scalability, and performance testing. You will analyze, track, and verify defects during the software development lifecycle, and contribute to designing, developing, implementing, executing, and troubleshooting automated test tools, test frameworks, and test scripts for application and API testing.

As a QA Software Engineer at Kyndryl, you will be the go-to person for developing, executing, and maintaining automation tests for acceptance, functional, and regression test cases for the identified areas/modules/technology. You will also be responsible for accurately documenting and communicating issues to developers to facilitate elimination of problems and to create efficient fixes.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 5 to10 years of experience in QAAutomation.
• Must-have good hands-on experience on Selenium BDD Automation, Cucumber, Core Java, API automation ( Karate, rest assured) and GIT.
• Good hands on experience with to carry out all phases of testing activities for UI,
• middleware and API based applications.
• Strong Analytical skills and ability to derive test scenarios to attain maximum test coverage.
• Test environment setup, data setup, test script creation and documentation.
• Experience with APM tools and experience in Log Tracing tool - Ex Splunk.
• Ability to read and interpret JSON files & experience in working with SCRUM teams.
• Document detailed functional and integration test cases.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases, Microservices, Web app, Linux/Unix environment
• • Solid Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, and pub-sub technologies
• • Knowledge of Git, Jenkins, CI/CD, Azure DevOps
• • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• • Good functional knowledge on IaaS modules as below:
• HFM, FCM, DRM, DRG, TRCS, ARCS
• Integrations, Similarly, SaaS modules as below. EPBCS-Ops, EPBCS-Corp, EPBCS-Cash
