Job Description

Essential Functions
• Collaborates with Recruiters to build strategic sourcing plan for defined roles
• Under minimal supervision sources candidates through multiple channels (direct
searching, job portals, social networks, Associations, applicable databases etc.)
• Increases the organization's Talent Pool of industry professionals; nurtures and
maintains contact with the Talent Pool with regular periodic approved
communication and Employer Brand marketing via the organization's CRM
(Candidate Relationship Management tool)
• Initial contact with targeted talent to qualify interest and suitability including the

Pre-screening of potential candidates vias telephone/video calls
• Conducts all work via the organization's CRM, ensuring records are maintained
and updated at all times
• Supports TA Leaders, Recruiters, Senior Talent Sourcers with any meetings as
required, to enable more proficient targetted sourcing. E.G.: requisition in-take
calls, Hiring Manager progress updates etc.
• Assists with various report compilation, metrics/data capture, market insights,
competitor mapping as requested

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0 to 2 years).
In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training
and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the
requirements of the role.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Knowledge of recruiting principles, programs, trends and best practices Ability to develop Boolean
searches and Boolean strings, Microsoft Office programs (EXCEL and POWER POINT), Phenom, Power BI and AI
• Working knowledge of CRM and Application Tracking systems
• Database Search experience
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills including telphone and video
• Confidence to handle sensitive information and data effectively
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while still delivering high quality results
• Good written and oral communications skills
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and outside vendors
• Detail oriented
• Able to develop talent networks and maintain strong professional relationships
