Position Title: Systems Administrator III
Location: 929 North Front Street, Wilmington, NC 28401
Summary of Duties: Provide implementation, operational and maintenance analysis and support for enterprise applications. Apply expertise to solve problems that occur during normal application operations. Operate independently to take appropriate actions needed to sustain system performance. Maintain a stable systems environment with minimal downtime and maximum performance. Confer with system users about solutions to existing system problems. Recommend changes to improve systems configurations, and determine requirements related to such changes. Design, configure, and test Salesforce components. Conduct trainings in computer system use. Gather data pertaining to customer needs, and use the information to identify, predict, interpret, and evaluate system requirements. Coordinate with vendors and with company personnel to facilitate purchases. Research new technologies by attending seminars, reading trade articles, or taking classes, and implement or recommend the implementation of new technologies. Duties can be performed remotely.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered for as a Senior Applications Administrator, Software Consultant, Salesforce Consultant, Salesforce Administrator or a related role. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered for as a Senior Applications Administrator, Software Consultant, Salesforce Consultant, Salesforce Administrator or a related role. Must have two (2) years of experience with: Analysis, design, development, customization, and implementation of CRM applications (Salesforce); Expertise in advanced APEX/Visualforce development, including high volume data processing; Ability to interact with relational databases (Salesforce Database (SOQL and SOSL)); Supported production environment, analyzing defects and code changes; Advance knowledge of security architecture of CRM applications; Diagnose problems, define, resolve, coordinate the implementation of solutions with other groups; Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of applications problems with multiple departmental teams.
