Data Engineer Duties:

You will oversee data onboarding, manage the back-end development life-cycle including ETL processes, and ensure performance administration. You will design and manage the dimensional structure of tables within our data warehouse, create data definitions for new databases, and ensure data integrity and security. You will address and resolve database access and performance issues, and collaborate closely with business analysts, data scientists, and other data-focused roles to develop high-quality data products, ensuring data accuracy and quality.

Maintenance Responsible Duties:

You will develop and implement annual maintenance plans, lead and coordinate maintenance group activities, and conduct periodic system reviews. You will manage change orders and ensure all system and maintenance documentation is up to date. Additionally, you will review and manage access rights, monitor end-user system knowledge, and contribute to user acceptance testing and system enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in database management and data engineering
  • Proficiency in Oracle and MS SQL Server
  • Familiarity with Docker and MLFlow is highly advantageous
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a solid foundation in technical skills
  • Experience in effectively coordinating with diverse teams
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English language
