Location/Division Specific Information
This role is based in our Swindon, UK office, where you will be part of our dynamic Drug product division, contributing to our ambitious goals.

Join us to play a pivotal role in the site Finance, ensuring flawless execution of strategies that drive our mission forward.
A day in the Life:
- Lead the financial planning process to determine and successfully deliver financial goals relating to Revenue, OPEX, CAPEX, Inventory and PPI savings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the General Manager to deliver world-class financial insights.
- Coordinate financial reporting to ensure tight deadlines are met.

Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or another relevant background
- Advanced Qualification (CIMA, ACCA, MBA, or MS) is a plus.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Finance leadership role, ideally in the life sciences industry.
- Proven track record in using systems (Excel, SAP, Hyperion, Power BI)
- Experience with FP&A, Operations Finance or Commercial Finance.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools to foster the Finance digitalisation on site.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
- Office-based role with occasional travel for meetings and training.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
