Position Summary:
As a Study Set Up Specialist, you will work as a part of our team processing a variety of different types of daily minor study amendments to maintaining distribution studies in accordance with client requirements. You should have a methodical and careful approach and ensure that all standard operating procedures, internal distribution requirements and client requirements are consistently met within timelines.

Responsibilities:
• Complete all study amendments within required timelines as per automated reports and requests.

• Use your organisational skills to manage a team-mailbox and individual task trackers
• Become fully competent and fully proficient on all types of amendments to maintain an appropriate right first time metric.
• Participate in daily meetings to help manage workload and risk. As a result you will proactively support completion of critical tasks and communicate issues and concerns
• Once fully trained, you will participate in the training and onboarding of new starters in the team
• Have opportunities to participate in process improvement initiatives as required

• Support other areas within the Business Planning Distribution team as required and support investigations for any deviations from current process as required.

Minimum Requirements/ Preferred Qualifications:
• GCSE or equivalent in relevant subjects.
• Computer literacy.
• Previous experience of pharmaceutical packaging and/or Regulatory Affairs an advantage.
• Must have a high attention to detail, able to work independently and possess problem solving abilities. Must be adaptable and be prepared to assist with other duties within the team during busier periods.
