Responsibilities:

  • Lead product development initiatives, ensuring flawless execution and delivering world-class solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement and optimize product designs.
  • Apply brand new engineering principles to build innovative products.
  • Strictly adhere to regulatory and quality standards, ensuring outstanding performance.
  • Mentor and coach junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous improvement and success.
  • Represent the company at technical conferences, showcasing our proven innovations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in a related field such as engineering, materials science, or biotechnology.
  • Advanced degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven track record in product development and engineering.
  • Expertise in scaling processes from concept to production.
  • Strong grasp of product design and development processes.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies.
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Project management expertise, including time management and resource optimization.

Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:

  • College degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Advanced degree and/or 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in product development within the industry.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly, work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
