Position Summary:

Placed within the Corporate Treasury team, The Senior Treasury Analyst is a key member of the Treasury decision-making team and will work closely with business units across the organization including Finance, Controllership, Legal and Audit to drive projects, opportunities and process improvements.

The role requires knowledge and experience of Treasury Management and Banking systems, understanding business requirements and configuring our Treasury system to meet those needs.

The Senior Treasury Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day support and implementation of Treasury initiatives, providing leadership and coordination with business partners.

Key Treasury Responsibilities:

Perform required analysis for proposed and implemented business processes to resolve feasibility and to see opportunities for improvement.

Engage with the Treasury team and partners to develop and maintain strong working relationships, optimize value and internalize business strategies that support the Treasury roadmap. Actively listen and anticipate partner's future needs and incorporate into team strategies and priorities.

Develop a detailed knowledge and of treasury, accounting, and payment processes and translating that knowledge into optimizing the Treasury applications.

Support the global user base that includes opening In House Bank accounts, maintaining mapping rules, the upload and validation of foreign exchange and interest rates, and preparing the Daily WSS System Health Report.

Participate in the delivery of system enhancements and multi-functional development projects, including scope, schedule, risk, issues and budget.

Work independently and prioritize tasks as decided by business needs while meeting deadlines.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills - the ability interact with partners in a professional and proficient manner.

Support the development of SOX policies and procedures for internal and external audit requirements.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field or relevant work experience required
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Advanced proficiency in Wallstreet Treasury Management System and or IBAM desired
  • Proficiency in Hyperion, Oracle, and SAP ERP systems is desired but not required

Experience Desired:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with geographically dispersed teams
  • Analytical experience, specifically having an interest in developing solutions to problems
  • Highly organized/detailed with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Some understanding of Treasury/Accounting processes
  • Expert with Microsoft suite including MS Project, knowledge of MS Visio

Working Conditions:

Some travel may be required

Should be prepared to embrace a flexible approach to work outside normal hours, when required

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $85,000.00-$120,000.00.
