This is an outstanding opportunity to join Thermo Fisher Scientific, the world's leader in serving science, as a Sr OEM Sales Representative in South Korea.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies that align with the global business unit's strategy.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities across South Korea.
- Make sales visits to all organizational levels and functional areas where purchasing decisions are made.
- Develop highly efficient account penetration strategies and identify new prospective customers.
- Initiate and develop productive client relationships across multiple functions and levels.
- Actively participate or lead cross-functional teams to complete client opportunities.
- Develop pricing proposals for large, complex deals and negotiate other terms and conditions.
- Coordinate technical support to determine client needs, respond to inquiries, and resolve problems.
- Develop business plans and objectives across the product and technology portfolios.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in biochemistry or equivalent experience; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- 7+ years of business development experience in the life science or diagnostic industry.
- Experience in negotiation of supply agreements and sales funnel management.
- Advanced knowledge of molecular, cell, or protein biology.
- Strong working knowledge of the sales process and forecast management.
- Knowledge of intellectual property, patents, and contract law.
- Familiarity with IVD or pharma regulations and manufacturing quality standards.
Working Conditions
- Able to travel ~50%.
