Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all actions related to the preventive maintenance program of the Company
  • Intervene in production issues related to mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical maintenance
  • Perform tooling changes, machine setups, and make in-process adjustments
  • Rebuild, calibrate, and configure sealing components and controls
  • Document clear and detailed information regarding machine downtime, repairs, and critical process controls
  • Assist with start-up and shutdown of machines
  • Engage in continuous improvement projects
  • Participate in equipment installation
  • Test equipment to ensure efficiency and performance needs are met.
  • Maintain, repair, and rebuild various production machines and equipment
  • Follow all safety and cGMP requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education degree with a combination of 2+ years of experience, or 4+ years of experience within a related field
  • Proficiency in mechanical tasks
  • - Ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of equipment based on industrial process controls and pneumatics - PLC Programmable Logic Controllers, reed switches, valves, relays, temperature controllers, and solenoids
  • Understanding and performing LOTO procedures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to follow complex procedures
