Job Description

Shift: 6am-2:30pm

Pay: $20-$23/hr (depending on experience)

A day in the Life:

  • Accurately track and manage inventory levels to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with our third-party team members in Hawaii to determine efficient inventory/operational processes and procedures.
  • Strictly adhere to safety, quality, and inventory protocols while handling materials and operating lifts.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience is required.

Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in inventory control or material handling.
  • Proven track record in a transportation or shipping environment.
  • Experience with inventory management software.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
  • Excellent communication, computer skills, and teamwork abilities.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in various warehouse conditions. Safety gear must be worn at all times.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in California is $18.54-$30.90.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
