Job Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive production schedules to meet strict deadlines and optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine production requirements and successfully implement plans.
- Analyze production data and forecast future manufacturing needs.
- Ensure flawless coordination of materials and resources to support manufacturing operations.
- Monitor and report on production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Lead initiatives to reduce production costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strictly adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Manufacturing Planner/Scheduler in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 4 years familiarity with manufacturing software and tools is essential.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to successfully implement and manage complex production schedules.
- Proficiency in manufacturing software and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $112,500.00-$150,000.00.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
