How will you make an impact:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead and manage multiple scrum teams working on the development of artificial intelligence (AI) related software products. As a Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our AI initiatives and ensuring the delivery of software solutions that meet our customers' needs.

Requirements:
- Provide strong leadership to AI software development teams
- Foster a collaborative team culture for effective communication and motivation
- Set clear goals aligned with organizational strategy
- Possess solid understanding of AI technologies and frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI solutions
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders
How will you get here:
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience:
- 15+ years of overall software development experience
- At least 5 years of experience in people management as an Engineering Manager or Sr Engineering Manager
- Proven experience in leading the teams in technical aspects like Architecture, Systems Integration, Customer Experience
- Proven experience managing software development projects, specifically in the Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning/Data Science domain
- Deep understanding of AI technologies, algorithms, and frameworks, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision
- Proven experience motivating and inspiring teams to work collaboratively and achieve exceptional results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects on time and within budget
