Position Summary:
The Sr. Manager, Software Quality and Regulatory will be responsible for the Software Business Unit quality system and quality assurance strategies. Reporting to the Vice President of Chromatography & Mass Spectrometry Division (CMD) QARA, this position will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and compliance in our operations, products, and services

Job Responsibilities
- Fully responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of the software systems.
- Ensure software development processes align with industry standards.
- Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring they are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Encourage and empower a strong global quality team by recruiting and nurturing outstanding quality leaders, setting and actively overseeing performance expectations, and offering growth and training prospects.
- Influence and build strong working relationships across organizations and geographies and engage with business partners including our software security corporate teams.
- Successfully implement quality improvement initiatives to ensure flawless software performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or engineering field required
- 5+ years of proven experience in a quality management role, preferably within the software industry.
- 2+ years of prior people leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and compliance regulations.
- Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to encourage and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain collaborative relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to determine and address quality issues promptly.
- Capacity to handle numerous tasks and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Ability to manage from and across remote locations
- Ability to travel up to 50%
