Job Description

The role of Sr. Manager, Service Operation at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. offers an outstanding opportunity to lead and optimize our service operations, ensuring flawless execution and world-class service delivery. This position is pivotal in driving continuous improvement and enabling our ambitious business growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep optimizing service operation team process, include but not limit to master data management, quotation process, contract process (Terms & Condition), negotiation with business functions, aligned with Legal team ,
    order process (Quotation/PO/SO/Billing). Regular follow up with service to ensure the customer's requirement could be met promptly.
  • Design and drive continuous improvement of service operation and commercial processes (funnel management, territory management) and KPIs with system support.
  • Provide insights (e.g pipeline visibility & funnel to order velocity) and support daily management to enable service commercial team achieving funnel and order targets via identifying right measurements and action plans.
  • Coordinate with instrument sales, finance, compliance, legal and service logistics as well as other cross function teams to ensure on time order fulfillment & revenue execution.
  • Support sales incentive plans updates with commercial leadership team to drive right seller behaviors to meet business goals.
  • Develop talents and leadership pipeline in team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in broader B2B industrial MNCs or management consulting, with a proven track record in operation process management.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • Strong background in Sales Force Efficiency, Business Strategy, and Planning.
  • Outstanding data analysis skills, with proficiency in Power BI.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of interacting at all organizational levels.
  • Strong project management experience.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both verbal and written.
