What will you do: Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Funnel Optimization

Design frameworks to measure lead-to-revenue metrics, aligning with sales goals. Deliver actionable recommendations to boost conversion rates and pipeline velocity.

  • Data Strategy, Governance and Insights

Develop scalable data solutions . Build predictive models to forecast performance and customer potential.

  • Campaign Performance and Analytics

Define important measurements, assess campaign/channel performance, and apply techniques like machine learning to improve efficiency.

  • Team Leadership and Collaboration
    Lead and develop a team of analysts while encouraging cross-functional collaboration. Oversee strategic projects, reporting, and monthly/quarterly business reviews.

How will you get here: Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in data science, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years in marketing analytics (B2B), including 2+ years leading teams and technical projects.
  • Expertise in programming (SQL, Python, R), analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and marketing tech platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo).
  • Experience with lead-to-revenue strategies, predictive modeling, machine learning, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Ability to align data initiatives with business goals and translate insights for non-technical audiences.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Marketing Competence: Deep understanding of marketing principles, customer journeys, marketing channels, digital platforms, and key performance metrics. Experience with B2B marketing and sales cycles.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in programming and experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, and cloud platforms. Ability to craft self-service dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify trends, uncover root cause, and derive actionable insights.
  • Communication: Ability to present insights, synthesize analysis into actionable recommendations, and tell data-driven stories that influence decisions.
  • Leadership: Proven track record to motivate teams, encourage collaboration and align analytics with business goals.
