Job Description

Position Summary:

The Sr. Manager, GBS AI Solutions will lead the global AI strategy for GBS Shared Services in R2R, P2P, O2C, and Customer Care, using generative AI, LLM, and Machine Learning.

This role will work closely with various customers to introduce and adopt these advanced technologies and enable teams to take their processes to the next level.

The Sr. Manager will partner of team members including, GBS Shared Services Operations, Automation, IT, and PPI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Lead the AI Solutions team, encouraging collaboration and excellence. Present and articulate AI solutions to leadership with a superb storytelling narrative in a clear and compelling manner.
• Collaborate with workstreams and partners, such as R2R, P2P, O2C, and Customer Care, to identify and define potential use cases for Generative AI in GBS Shared Services.
• Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for generative AI solutions, aligning it with the GBS Shared Services overall goals and objectives.
• Monitor Ongoing Research: Stay engaged in tracking research, trends, and keeping the Generative AI team ahead. Lead and take part in exploring generative AI techniques like GANs, VAEs, and related technologies.
• Customer Engagement: Work closely with business partners across GBS to drive the adoption of generative AI, finding opportunities for innovation and value creation. Act as a link between technical and non-technical partners.
• Quality Control: Ensure the quality and performance of AI models, conducting testing and evaluation.

• Bachelor or master's equivalent experience in a relevant field (Computer Science, Machine Learning, etc.).
• 10-12 years of work experience with experience in Machine Learning, delivering complex solutions to production.
• Validated hands-on experience in data science and Natural Language Processing (NLP), Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and Natural Language Generation (NLG).
• Experienced senior data scientist/AI Architect.
• Experience within a shared services environment or in a consulting capacity is desired.
• Prior experience with Finance areas including R2R, P2P or O2C is a plus.
• Proven track record to interact with multiple levels of leadership both internally and externally, and influence peers and senior management in a complex, geographically dispersed matrix organization.

• Aligns optimally with colleagues and business partners to deliver results while improving the success of all contributors.
