Location/Division Specific Information

This Sr. Inventory Coordinator role is based in Fremont CA United States within our dynamic Manufacturing division.

A day in the Life:

  • Coordinate daily inventory control activities, ensuring accurate stock levels.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and finance teams to determine and implement effective inventory strategies.
  • Lead investigations and resolutions of inventory discrepancies, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Other Warehouse Operation Duties as Needed

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience is required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, or Lean Six Sigma highly desirable.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years in inventory control, warehouse management, or supply chain operations.
  • At least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analytics tools like Excel, Power BI.
  • Attention to Detail: Accurate management of stock levels and inventory data.
  • Leadership: Proficiency in managing and inspiring teams, encouraging a collaborative environment.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

Primarily warehouse, Cold and Freezer rooms or distribution center environment with occasional office work. May involve lifting and moving heavy inventory items. Occasional travel to support multiple facilities.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in California is $20.23-$30.34.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
