Biosciences Division, Life Science Solutions Group - Field-based, Biotech Sr. Account Manager (Must live in the greater Boston/Cambridge, MA market)

In this role, you will directly impact our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer by providing our life science technologies to academic and biotech customers for use in their life sciences research including cell biology, protein biology, molecular biology and more.

What will you do?

  • Build customer value by redefining life science portfolio knowledge into differentiated products and services for our customers
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver results
  • Achieve/surpass all assigned sales targets and quotas by proactively handling a consumable and instrument sales funnel

How will you get here?

  • Requires a Bachelor's Degree in any life science in any life science with 8 years experience preferred;
  • 5 plus years of research and/or sales experience in a scientific-related market preferred
  • Experience working with biotech / pharmaceutical customers
  • Experience working with a collaborative, matrixed team
  • Ability to drive strategy to action
  • Consistent track record to strategize and achieve results

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Relevant scientific background
    Relevant biotech customer and/or market knowledge
  • Relevant customer and/or market knowledge
  • Computer proficiency (ex. MS Office)
