Strategic Marketing Leadership

  • Develop and implement marketing plans that align with business goals and drive growth for CDMO services.
  • Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and trends to craft driven strategies.

Market Positioning and Brand Development

  • Strengthen Thermo Fisher's position as the trusted partner in CDMO services by delivering multifaceted solutions.
  • Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns to improve brand visibility and customer engagement.

Customer Insights and Competitive Intelligence

  • Use market insights to design strategies that expand opportunities and drive customer happiness.
  • Promote the "One Thermo Fisher" value proposition through well-crafted marketing programs.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape to identify trends and opportunities.

Operational Excellence and value Optimization

  • Equip the field team with product knowledge, positioning, and prioritization strategies.
  • Manage and grow the assigned brand portfolio while identifying new revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives, including digital marketing, market research, and product launches.
  • Monitor performance indicators, manage budgets, and report monthly critical metrics to drive marketing efficiency.

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, ideally within the CDMO or life sciences industries.
  • Strong analytical skills to leverage data for decision-making and strategy optimization.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills for effectively conveying sophisticated concepts.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
