We are looking for highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Professional (f/m/d) located at our site in Lengnau (BE).
Embedded into the Swiss country HR organization you will act as a trusted partner and "key point of contact" for the leadership team and employees assigned, locally implementing programs and HR initiatives in alignment with the broader HR and business goals.

As the Senior HR Professional you will provide comprehensive HR support to the site in order to facilitate improved business performance and employee engagement.
A day in life:
- Cultivate key relationships with managers and employees and based on having good (data) insights and strong intuition for business, implement our HR initiatives
- Deliver day-to-day HR services and consultation through the full employment life cycle and processes, people management, career development and organizational change initiatives.
- Own annual HR processes in line with country and global HR strategies.
- Provide flawless implementation and execution of various HR programs and initiatives
- Drive employee engagement and promote a positive work culture with concrete action plans
- Participate in the broader regional HR team to drive HR projects and initiatives.
- Partner with Colleague Services and the HR Platforms and support in harmonization and process improvement projects
How you get there?
- University degree within HR related field
- 5+ years of comprehensive HR experience in a global and matrix environment; prior experience as a HR partner and working with HR COE's
- Proven knowledge and experience in Swiss employment law, employee relations, compensation, organization planning, training & development
- Proficient critical thinking and analytical skills, ease turning data into insights and action
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and intensity
- Structured and organized way of working
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with all levels of stakeholder
- Proficient in german and english, french is a plus
- High degree of autonomy and strong decision-making
- Confirmed project management and presentation skills with ability to thrive in a fast-paced matrix environment and balance multiple tasks simultaneously
