Skills related to occupation: HR Generalist

As an HR Generalist, you will be working closely with management to develop and implement corporate policies related to human resources, organizational and employee development at the business unit level in Brazil. Consults with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues, attempting to resolve employee relations issues and improve company performance. Participates in company-wide programs and initiatives. Assists senior management in the development of solutions through organizational development and cultural and process-oriented perspectives. Acting as a multi-functional generalist supporting several HR disciplines.
