Job Description

As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our Clinical Trials Division (CTD) located in Mount Prospect, IL. CTD partners with pharmaceutical and biotech customers worldwide to ensure the right patients get the right therapies at the right time. With our exceptional blend of services, we are at the forefront of the industry, providing world-class project management, packaging, distribution, transportation management, clinical supply optimization, and more.

  • Maintaining confidentiality of all aspects of duties related to the company
  • Coordinating requests and responses internally and externally, acting as a liaison between managers, employees, clients, vendors, and team members
  • Managing a dynamic calendar and screening meeting requests
  • Completing projects and special assignments with exceptional attention to detail
  • Leading community events and site activities, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or GED (Associates degree or business-related field preferred)
  • Three (3) years of experience in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • The ability to problem solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Illinois is $23.26-$34.90.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
