What will you do?
- Support sales incentive compensation for North American LPD field sales teams.
- Involvement in sales compensation plan design for team members who are eligible under the Sales Incentive Plans (SIP).
- Review monthly incentive compensation payouts, revenue adjustments and performance.
- Involvement in month-end reporting and preparation of revenue data reports for monthly review.
- Ensure accurate data quality and maintenance in the Sales Data Warehouse and Xactly Incent.
- Help coordinate the Sales Rep Product/Channel responsibility matrix, ensuring accurate implementation and documentation of changes.
- Support the Sales Territory Management process, including territory mapping and documentation.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting and insights to the teams you support.

You must be a proactive communicator, addressing issues with transparency. We successfully operate by building credibility and positive professional relationships, where strong commercial orientation and experience supporting sales teams is a plus.
The candidate should have outstanding analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills, while being self-motivated with a high bias for action and accountability.
Having the skills to balance priorities, bring high energy and have a passion for excelling will be a crucial part of your success.
Education:
- BA/BS degree in finance or a related business field (MBA a plus)
- Minimum of 3+ years of increasingly responsible business experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Support, or Financial Analyst Role.
- Diagnostics, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences experience a plus
- Must have experience as a sales operations business partner, with cross functional teams.
- Strong proficiency in Excel. Experience with the following: Cognos (equivalent data warehouse tool), Xactly Incent (equivalent compensation management tool), and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel to corporate events as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in New York is $60,000.00-$90,000.00.
