Job Responsibilities
- Inventory management and new acquisitions of equipment assets used for lending, loans, and demonstration.
- Responsible for remittances and returns of equipment used for lending, loans, and events.
- Management of all lending/loans contracts in force with the commercial and legal team.
- Monitor and control inventory of equipment for local sales with the planning and commercial team.
- Monitor equipment processes for local sales, from purchase by the Comex team to release in local inventory.
- Report equipment in backorder to the division responsible for maintaining sales orders with the factory, negotiating deadlines, equipment availability, monitoring delivery generation, and request for shipments.
- Support and internal alignment for resolving issues between processes and sales orders to ensure changes requested by customers or project modifications are successfully implemented before delivery.
- Support to commercial leadership Brazil for consolidation of Forecast x AOP.
- Support to the marketing team for e-commerce initiatives.
- Request for registration and consultation of customers and new products.
- Provide internal support to the commercial area, with or without CS.
- Issuance of documents for external and internal customers (e.g., declaration of minor, declaration of reasonableness).
- Submit unpublished documents and declarations for legal analysis.
- Manage the email box, ensuring replies are sent within 24 business hours.
- Responsible for entering purchase requisition orders for any commercial team demand.
- Process monthly payments to various suppliers, including inserting OD/OS payments in the system and managing complete flows.
- Send three invoices for each item to verify market prices.
- Support for Brazil encoding tasks.
